Dining & Bars

The kitchen closes late. The stories, later still.

The kitchen

Native cooking, held to a higher table.

Our chefs cook the food they grew up with — slowly, with proper stock, generous pepper and time. A menu built around pepper soup, edikaikong, native rice and dishes best eaten with company you like.

Grill · Bush Bar · Shawarma

Three open flames, one long evening.

The suya grill runs from six. The shawarma stand takes over towards midnight. In between, the bush bar pours palm wine, stout and whatever the barman recommends. On weekends, live music keeps things moving.
